What Our Clients Say About Us
Tree and Hedge Maintenance for a Long-Standing Customer
At Robinson Tree Services Ltd, we take pride in building long-lasting relationships with our customers, providing professional tree and hedge maintenance that they can rely on year after year.
Our team recently returned to the garden of a long-standing customer, where we have been maintaining the trees and hedges for the past ten years.
With a variety of established trees, hedges, shrubs and flower beds throughout the garden, particular care was needed when carrying out the work to ensure the surrounding plants and flowers were not damaged.
Professional Tree and Hedge Maintenance
Led by Chris, our team carried out tree trimming and pruning work, carefully working around the garden’s existing planting.
As shown in the photographs, the work involved trimming and shaping established greenery, including taller trees and hedges that required the use of ladders and specialist cutting equipment.
With numerous plants, flowers and decorative features positioned throughout the garden, the team took particular care when working in the surrounding areas.
Throughout the job, our arborists listened carefully to the customer’s instructions, regularly checking that the work was being completed exactly as requested.

Following the work, we were delighted to receive an updated five-star Google review from the customer, who has trusted Robinson Tree Services with their garden maintenance for the past decade.
Having originally left a glowing review two years earlier, the customer returned to share their continued satisfaction with our services.
They praised the team, led by Chris, for their workmanship, attention to detail and the care taken to protect the garden’s many plants and flowers.
The customer also highlighted how carefully the team listened to their instructions and checked throughout the job that everything was being completed to their satisfaction.
Receiving such positive feedback from a customer who has continued to use our services for ten years is something we are particularly proud of.
